Bout of Books 5.0 {Goals}

Bout of Books Read-a-Thon

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal.  It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 13th and runs through Sunday, August 19th in whatever time zone you are in.  Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week.  There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 5.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog.
-From the Bout of Books 5.0 team

I participated in Bout of Books 4.0 and loved it! I have been in a bit of reading slump, and haven’t had a lot of time to read this summer, so I’m excited to get back into reading. I'm also excited to network, and participate in the Twitter chats again :)

My Goals

  • To read 4-5 books
  • Participate in 1 Twitter chat
  • Participate in at least 3 challenges

    Books to Read

    I’m not going to hold myself to the books I chose like last time, especially since I’m still in a bit of a reading slump. However, these are some books I hope to read.

                            (^finish reading)                    (^finish reading)

    I’m hoping I can get 4-5 read but I’m also running around and working on study abroad preparations and Thursday is actually my 22nd birthday, so we shall see how well I can stick to my goals, haha!

    2. Happy birthday week to you! Great books you picked ... though, I really wasn't a fan of Immortal Rules, but Pushing The Limits was awesome and Water For Elephants is high on my to-read list! Hope this helps get you out of your slump!
